Collection of services

I have a contract with company Z.I performed services for this company.The company admitted that they owed for these services.I went to court and received a judgement.Even though I received a judgement the company still will not pay.I know of a compny that deals with company Z.This company owes company Z money can I garnish company Z receeivable.

Yes. You can obtain the appropriate forms from either the Clerk's office for the Court in which the judgment was obtained or from the Maryland Judciary website.

You can also garnish any bank accounts that Company Z has and place a lien on any real property it may own. The forms and information regarding those procedures can be found in the same places.
