credit card balance
my wife passed away two years ago with a credit card in her name only! ive been paying it down ,am i really responsible for it? what should i do about it?

You are not responsible for it if you were never on the account or co-signed for it. However, it should have been included in and paid from any probate estate, if she had any assets to administer.
