Credit card collection intent to defend

Hello:

I was recently served documents to appear in court regarding a credit card debt collection. On this paperwork there was a slip of paper which stated notice of intent to defend (30 days in state) 60 states out of state. I have for over the last two years resided in Georgia and during the time have worked as well in the state of Georgia, but my license still has Maryland because I was never asked to get it changed, nor do i own a vehicle. Over the last two years I have not paid taxes in the state of maryland only georgia as this is where I have been employed and staying. Under what rule to file my intention. 30 days or 60 days

If you have been driving in Georgia you are guilty of a crime for not changing the license.
