Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Maryland

credit card collection

I just got a letter from an Agency, billing me for over $1,800.00 and that is over $1,000.00 interest & it's twenty years old! I was sure I had paid it Is there no statue of limitations? It's Lane Bryant.

There is a SOL but it runs from last payment..so file away and take no action unless sued, then you may have claim for violation of Fair debt laws
