deceased medical bills

My father died Dec. 2002 my mother is also dead. Are myself and my sister responsible for his medical bill that insurance did't pay.

You are not responsible for this debt unless your agreed to pay in your father's stead. The handling of your father's estate may be another matter. Contact an attorney in the state where your father's assets are located for assistance with probate matters. (410) 799-9002
