what happen when the judge vacate your judgement and the creditor place the judgement on your credit report?
Is that legal?

If a judgment is vacated, it no longer is a judgment and should not be reported as such on a credit report. A creditor may be able to report the default / missed payments regardless, but if there is an incorrect entry on your credit report you may wish to contest this with the three credit reporting agencies.
