Interest on Default Judgements for State of Maryland

I have a unpaid judgement against an Maryland resident since 95'. I understand that interest can be added to the judgement amount. What is the percentage and how is the interest compounded.

Generally, interest on judgments in MD is at 10% simple interest (not compounded).
