Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Maryland

Judgements attached to motor vehicle records non related

Having recently lost a job because a judgement un related to driving was attached, without my knowlege,

to my Virginia driver's license by the State of Maryland, I would like to know if I can successfully challenge the law based on the fact that the judgement (1) is not driver, vehicle related and (2) the law is counterproductive in that it's intent is to cause destitution and indigency.

Only judgments arising out of the operation of a motor vehicle should affect your driving privileges. See a lawyer immediately. You don't need to challenge the law; you just need to get the non-driving judgment off your driving record.

I would think it was the fact that the judgment was included in your credit report that effected your job, rather than it being attached to your driving license. I am not sure what law it is you want to challenge, but what I think you want to do is to get the judgment removed from your credit reports.
