Your Question

I AM BEING TAKEN TO COURT AFTER NOT PAYING CREDIT CARD BALLANCES....DUE TO THE FACT I CANT AFFORD TO ANY LONGER...I AM ON SSDI AND HAVE TROUBLE PAYING ALL MY BILLS......THE QUESTION IS SHOULD I GET A LAYWER OR GO TO COURT ALONE??

As you can see, I do not recommend it. A lawyer (for a relatively small investment) can many times save you money by working out a settlement, negotiating a payment plan, or - at a minimum - helping you avoid a judgment.
