Litagation

I have a Litagation in January - a credit card company is suing me they do not want to work with my debt company. Do I need legal representation. Please help

If the amount at issue is worth it, legal representation would help in asserting any defenses you may have and putting the plaintiff to their proof, and/or in negotiating a settlement. But it does cost money to hire a lawyer, so if the amount is relatively small, it may not be worth it.
