Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Maryland

I obtained a judgement from a contractor who was paid but did not perform the job. He has paid nothing so I did an oral examination. He did not tell me anything other than his house is in his wife's name, he has no business or personal banking accounts, no equipment etc. He did tell me he just received alot of money from his mother-in-law passing away. How do I continue to go after him?

Collection work can be difficult but the post-judgment discovery was a good starting point. In some cases judgment debtors truly are judgment-proof. In others, assets might exist but be hidden or difficult to find. To explore additional means of collecting, you may wish to retain an attorney.
