What will happen to me if i can not pay my payday loans

You will either lose what you put up for collateral or you will be sued for what you owe if you did not put anything up for collateral.

Payday loans are illegal in Maryland. But if you used out of state/interney payday lenders, they can present the check, and if/when it bounces they can try to sue you elsewhere, or depending on the state they can try to have you prosecuted criminally for passing a bad check. You need to consult with a lawyer to go over the facts of your particular case.
