Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Maryland

I have a writ of property garnishment against me.

I want to set up a payment plan, but my gross income is only 1420.00 per mo.

I owe a little over 3000.00 for credit card debt.

What is the maximum by Md law, that can be taken from me each month?

Wages: 25% of your after tax pay. Other property: unlimited.

I agree with the prior answer. You should be careful with bank accounts, especially if you have direct deposit.
