Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
I have a 2nd degrees assault which the probation ends feb 3, 2013, my protective order expired in Sept 2012, my attorney states I will never get my gun back is that true and why?

Maybe part of your sentence was that you agreed to forfeit the gun?
