Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
3 violent crime mandatory
If someone committed two violent crimes over 16 years ago and have recently committed a third violent crime, will they get 25 years mandatory or did that law just take affect and it does not apply in this case?

As stated before, Maryland does not have a "three strikes and you are out" law.
