Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
Its been 1 year now since my girl friend got a protective order on me in Maryland. No charges were filed. And the protective order is expired. Can I get this order expunged?

You haven't been charged with a crime, simply told to stay away. There is nothing to "expunge." If you are asked on a job application if you have ever been convicted of a crime, or plead nolo, you could honestly answer "no" (so long as you have not otherwise so been convicted).
Best of luck.
