Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
Admissable -vs- Inadmissable
I was covertly audio recorded by a detective. I never seen nor spoke to this detective before. Out of this situation along with the alleged victums statement, I was subsqently arrested on charges base on this conversation... Is this covertly recorded conversation admissable in court trial proceedings???? Please thank you...

There are rules that must be followed, and depending on how police handled this situation, the evidence may become inadmissible. Contact a criminal defense attorney ASAP.
