What are the elements that a prosecutor must prove in the state of Maryland to get a armed robbery conviction. What are the Jury instructions given to the jury for the defendant to be convicted of Armed Robbery?

The State must prove that you had an intent to deprive the owner of property of ownership. Use of a weapon may be sufficient to sustain a guilty verdict.
Mandatory sentencing applies for more than one conviction and first time offenses subject to imprisonment to 15 years.
