armed robbery
In armed robbery, or any crime, a person's word is enough for the police to charge. It makes little difference if the loot or the weapon are found. Now is the time to talk to a lawyer as to forming a defense strategy. Most people think "I'm innocent" or "they have no evidence", do nothing, and then are surprised to find themselves in jail.
