arrest warrant from another state

I live in NYC, but got a warrant for my arrest from Baltimore, MD for

driving with a susspended licence.I have a school trip planned for Mexico

with my summer class in a couple of weeks.I just wanted to know if I was

going to get arrested at the airport/custom.I'm trying to save myself

from being arrested in front of my professors and classmates. I plan on

getting legal representation once I get back from my trip.

Don't put off contacting an attorney to represent you in this matter. With heighten security at airports and sophistication of computers, there is always a chance your arrest warrant will appear. By employing a lawyer now, a petition to to Court to lift the arrest warrant can begin.

You should obtain legal representation immediately. Your situation only worsens as time goes by.

Potentially, you could be arrested at any time. If, for instance, you are pulled over for a minor traffic offense, the warrant may be registered thereby resulting in your arrest, detainment, etc. This will only complicate your issues and increase your financial costs relating to the matter that you need to address in Maryland.
