Assault charges
I was accused of assaulting someone while on vacation, my trial date is Sept. 25,I am not going to have representation, what happenens if the accusing party does not show up at the trial?

You need to know how to deal with this matter so as to minimize the chance that the State
will be able to have a continuance in light of the non-appearance of a material witness. Representing yourself with criminal matters is NOT recommended.
