Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
assault
I was walking down the road and a person threw rocks from a vehicle at me several times. I took down the license plate and the police charged the person with - I am not sure what he was charged as?
I am now going to be summoned to court. What will his punishment be? Do I need a lawyer as the victim? I live in Maryland.
