If you are a acussed of atemp murder and the victim said you did not do anything. How can you be convicted ?If the victim does not want to testify and states you did not do anything how can you be found guilty.

The victim is bound by what he/she told the police, and any evidence at the scene. You need to talk to a criminal lawyer.
