Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
attempted burglary question
My friend was charged with attempted burglary in the first degree (I think it was the first degree, if not the second) and was curious on what penalty and sentencing he would recieve for the crime. This crime was commited in Montgomery County, Maryland. Thanks.

He can get up to 20 years for the crime of attempted burglary, and 15-20 years on attempted 2nd degree burglary.
