Bad check, violation of probation

I go to court tomorrow for violation of probation for bad check less than $100,they want to violate both charges of bad check. Everything has been paid, what can i do?

You should get an attorney!!! If the State's Attorney will not dismiss the VOP due to your payment, ask for a continuance to get an attorney. Depending on the judge, you could very well go to jail tomorrow, but without more information it is difficult for me to advise you further.
