Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
my brother is on 2yrs probabtion im md for possession of cds.he went to his po yesterday & was told he tested positive back in march & again 1st week in sept? she told him he was in violation & the courts have been notified just go home and wait for a "summons".my question is,wouldn't they just come arrest him and what could happen to him ? I,m sure "we" should be seeking an attorney as well.

Definitely get an attorney but they won't necessarily arrest him, it could be a summons instead of a warrant and it sounds like the PO requested a summons, not a warrant.
