CDS charge-Not Marijuana

Is this considered a felony or misdemeanor?

This charge is only a misdemeanor in Maryland, but it carries a lot more jail time than marijuana, and depending on the county you are in, the jail time may actually be given.

You should seriously consider hiring a defense attorney to handle this case.
