Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

Cds??

I don't have much information, but the father of my child has been arrested for control of a dangerous substance (marijuana) on january 6, 2006. We haven't heard from him yet, but an investigator called on his behalf and asked for me to varify his information. She called his grandmother as well and we both told her the same thing the truth. That he is mentally disabled and is on ssi and as long as i've know him he has never smoked marijuana around me.

Re: Cds??

Anyone arrested for drugs, before talking to the police, should consult a criminal lawyer, like myself. Telling the police "the truth" can hurt you in the long run, by not knowing the law. That is why you need to consult a criminal lawyer. "Truth" is not always your best defense. Sometimes it can land you in jail.
