can i change to private lawyer
can i change to a private lawyer from public defender? after only giving 1 minute to speak and wanting me to plea quilty, i know i made the wrong choice?

can i change to private lawyer
You can always change to a private lawyer before the trial date. However, have the private lawyer enter his/her appearance before firing the public defender. You don't want to go to court without any lawyer.
