Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
Citations and Permanent Record
If you are a minor and have been arrested for possession of marijuana in the past, completed the deterence programs/drug testing and been told that it will not be on your record, and then you get a citation for possession of alcohol a year later, what is liable to be your punishment under Maryland state law, and will the second citation definitely go on your permanent record?
