Depending upon the actual charge and sentence, and the location of the charge, we may be able to expunge the record. An expunction will wipe off the record that the incident ever occurred. Most counties charge a filing fee of approximately $200 and attorney fees vary, but are reasonble. What county/state did the incident occur, and what county do you now reside in? TCL
