Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
confidential informant buys of a cds
the CI supposably had gotten me on 3 CI buys of cds other than marijuana. the state wants me to plea guilty to conspiracy. Is that a misdeamener? do they have the evidence they need or is that why they want me to take the plea of conspiracy?

Don't believe anything the State tells you. Don't plead guilty to anything without talking first to a criminal lawyer, like myself.
