Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
can the court hold a case if there is no finger prints nor the property that is stolen but the victim id the suspect is there any way around beating the case

Challenge the victim's ID of the suspect. Misidentification is the #1 reason for wrongful conviction. Hire an attorney who knows what they are doing.
