Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

my ex's wife filed bogus criminal charges against me she had no proof because i never violated the peace order she had on me their was a court date for 4/30/2008 but i was never served the only reason i knew about it was from the public records after the court date she claims she won when i looked at the public records i was gone like it never existed she works in a prison and claims she has connections obviously it was thrown out of court if it isnt in the public records anymore what can i do to stop this woman from harrassing and threatening me and my family she is the one that is violent she has peace orders and domestic violence against her please tell me what to do
