is it wise to have a supression hearing if the police said there proable cause was because of someone said they got the drugs from you but the police never saw you give them anything. should i have a supression hearing or should i go to trial

You can have BOTH a supression hearing and a trial. If you lose at the suppression, you may have a trial. If you win suppression of the evidence, then the State will likely drop the charges if that means they have no case. Contact an experienced criminal defense attorney.

Your question "should i have a supression hearing or should i go to trial" idicates you are in over your head and should have a lawyer. If you can't afford a lawyer, at least get a public defender.
