Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
Damages
I filed charges against someone and was asked to approximate the damages. I considerably underestimated the cost of the repair. Can I change this once it goes to court?

Re: Damages
You should contact the state's attorney's office, but I don't see any reason why this would be a problem if you provide proof.
