Date Rape Drug
My 18yr old sister was given the date rape drug at a party with members of her grad class then sexually assaulted. Can I press charges on her behalf if she is afraid but wants legal action sought and our mother refuses?

You can report the matter to the police & help and support your sister through the process; but she will have to cooperate eventually and she will have to face the accused.
