Second Degree Assault Case pending

I have a court date 3/6/2007. I was told to pay a restitution of $200.00 and take anger management classes for 14 weeks. I am also 7 1/2 months pregnant. my anger management classes don't end until May. Will they lock me up for not completing the classes?

It depends on the judge and the circumstances. It also depends on what you were ordered to do and when you were ordered to do it.

If you have been attending the anger management sessions regularly, be prepared to present evidence of attendance. If you were required to complete the sessions prior to March 6, you will need to present an explanation as to why completion has been delayed.
