Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
second degree assault charge
I was just charged with 2nd degree assault and have a court hearing in May. What should I do? If I have a perfectly clean record (no traffic violation either!) do I stand any chance of receiving a PBJ?

Second degree assault carries a penalty of jail. You should not go to court without a criminal defense lawyer.

Either contact an attorney or re-post your question with details. The fact that you do not have traffic violations has nothing to do with the charges being brought against you.
