Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
depantsing illegal
I have a 7 year old son that just the other day was depants by a 13 year old neighborhood bully, I have repeately had to go to this kid mother for other issue with their son and my boys, he beats up my 12 year old and picks on my 7 year old, with nothing happening when the mother is informed of the kids behavior, what do I do, if there cases where you can take out a restraining order in behalf of you children to protect them from this type of abuse so that the bullying child can not get near my chuildren.

I would suggest calling the police and filing a complaint. A visit from the police may put an end to it.
