destruction
If someone breaks a window of a persons house, and they don't call the police that day to report it, is it still worthy of a case? and they're are no real witnesses

Possibly, if someone saw you do it. Immediate reporting is not necessary, but that's why you get a good lawyer to show that at trial, among other things, to poke holes in the case.
