Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
detained by police but not charged -possible to purge records?
I was detained by police and questioned but not charged. Apparantly record of this still exists on the CC. How can records of this be incident be expunged? I tried going through the district court and filing the petition for expungement but that method is not applicable where charges have not been filed.
