doctors orders over rides court order
my doctor gave me orders to not travel out of state because i was hospitalized for preterm.but i have to be at court out of state which would put me at risk of having my baby to early.

You should have your physician put his "no travel" restriction in writing. Then submit a copy of it to the Court, along with a motion to continue the court hearing. If necessary, have your attorney appear in court on the scheduled date. I am confident the court will continue your case based on your medical condition.
