can the police put a warrent out for my arrest for domestic violence if she did not press chares and if i have no history of domestic violence

Yes! If the police were called to a domestic assault, they will file charges even if the victim did not want to prosecute. You should get a lawyer as soon as possible to fight this case on your behalf.
