Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
Employee Theft
A friend of mine has worked in a store for 10 years. Over the years she has taken very small amounts of money intended for the cash register. She has not taken any money in about six months and has permanently stopped stealing. Can she still be prosecuted? Does the money have to be found on her person?

Re: Employee Theft
well, if it can be proven, you will need to contact the states attorney or the police. They will do the work for you.
However, I am a criminal defense attorney at do not know all of the rules on the prosecution side
