How do employers deal with no contest pleas.?

It depends on the employer. If they are asking whether you plead guilty, obviously no contest is not pleading guilty. But if they ask if you were found guilty, then a no contest plea would not help. Most employers ask if you have been convicted of felonies or misdemeanors in the past 10 years. I would consult an attorney for more options, including trying to get a not guilty and/or probation before judgment.
