Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
error in jugdement
I'ver NEVER been in trouble! I was stupid enough to try to get a memory card . I was caught not arrested but given a citation. I paid for the damages. What else can I expect?

What you can expect depends greatly on the court you are going to, the judge, and the prosecutor, and most importantly, your defense attorney who knows all of these things. You should seriously consider consulting an attorney for this (which sounds like a theft under $500 charge?).
