Who needs evidence
He can go to jail for 20 years. Don't play around with criminal charges, contact a criminal lawyer, like myself, immediatley. If he has been charged, he has certain rights that need to be exercised right away, like a request for preliminary hearing, which must be done within 10 days. There are lots of other rights that need protecting. Talk to a lawyer today.
