Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
the evidence the state has was found in a vehicle the defendant doesnt own.
A friend of mine received his indictment papers and one of the charges on the papers stated they found a shotgun shell. However, the vehicle they found the shotgun shell in does not belong to him. What can happen in court with this charge?
