how do i get my record exponge.in 2001 i was charged of possesion of marijuana,

You need to file a petition for expungement in the court where you were charged and copies must be provided to the State's Attorney's office as well as the police agency that filed the charge. The process takes about 90 days. My office can handle the matter for you.

Was this in NJ? If so, you need to file a motion with the court. You might be better off with an attorney as it will make is much easier on you.
